Ella’s School Sports Day!

Today was Ella’s FIRST SCHOOL SPORTS DAY! I’m talking about it in depth on Mummy365 today so hop on over to read all about it.

I thought I would share a few more pictures thanks to the generous Mummy Bird who happened to have a state-of-the-art camera to capture every image. I had my BlackBerry…fine Mummy I am! Ella is the little chugger in the middle with the Red T-Shirt and the steely look of determination on her face. I am the one with a pink top, desperately trying to keep my daughter happy. Motherhood…it’s not easy.

 

 

And then it was time for the Mummy’s Race. I was surprised to see everyone taking their place on the line. I secured Sam in the pushchair and prepared to do Ella proud. I wasn’t hopeful. You know what? Mummies are suprisingly rough! I most definitely didn’t win but I wasn’t last either. I do think I strained my thigh muscles trying to do Ella proud though! I’m in training for next year now…
