If you haven’t been following Cafe Bebe for the last month or so then you won’t know that I’m struggling. I thought I could be a SuperMum and jump back into life after Sam’s birth without incident. I was wrong. I’ve used this blog as a sort of therapy but I also know that it would probably be a really good thing for me to take a wee blogging break. But I don’t want Cafe Bebe to sit in the corner gathering dust like the picture frames on the shelves in my lounge.

I came up with an option. Instead of ME whinging and moaning, I wanted to get a gaggle of Mums to contribute to the blog. I came up with a plan; a theme for the guest bloggers! I would ask bloggers to contribute a post where they shared their love for their children; a love letter to their kids, if you will. So I asked for contributors on the BritMums network and on this blog. Within one day of posting, I had 30 bloggers who were willing to write up a post each to highlight their love for their child/children. I was so pleased and humbled that people would actually want to contribute something to Cafe Bebe!

I’ve been collating their wonderful words and photos into posts that will appear for the month of March. I will put forth my own Love You Forever for Ella and Sam on the 31st of March. You won’t read much of my writing in March unless I feel REALLY compelled to write a post. Rest assured that I will be storing up some great posts for April so I can get back in the swing of things. Until then, you’ll be entertained by some amazing writing from some truly special bloggers. Welcome them (and comment on their posts) with open arms as Cafe Bebe goes on a teeny mini-break. Thank you for tuning in and supporting me as I take a much needed sabbatical.

See you in April! Don’t miss us too much…
