Whilst on Twitter yesterday, a discussion began about motivational workout music. That led me to come up with a plan (mwaa…haaa…haaa- evil laugh) to do a weekly Running for Mummies Playlist. I asked my Twitter mates to give me some of their favourite motivational songs that really help them to keep going when out running or working out. Or maybe this music will help you to get up off of the couch or away from the computer. Now, if I can just figure out how to download all of this music, I’ll be running for England. I do believe that music can be a brilliant motivator and am really looking forward to making a bigger effort thanks to some of these music choices. So get thee to your favourite music downloading platform (no advertisements here) and download some of these brilliant songs to get you chugging down the road. I’ve also included the videos of two of my favourite choices from this week’s selections. Please feel free to comment at the bottom with your favourite and most motivational songs for next week’s offerings. In the meantime, rock on everyone…
