I’ve come across a very clever Daddy who blogs at My Daddy Cooks. His name is Nick and his 2-year-old son, Archie, is his sous-chef in their kitchen. Nick and Archie cook together, make messes together and tidy up together. Here’s a bit about them which was recently on BBC1 London News:
I’m quite impressed with Nick and Archie and more than a little humbled myself. At 19 months, the most Little Miss has been allowed to do in the kitchen is break an egg and mix it. I have a bit of an issue with mess…I’m seeking help. On Thursday, 14 January, Little Miss and I will make another trip down to London for a special Blogging event where there will be Pancakes and Cooking! I will blog more about it later. Nick and Archie will be there along with Tim and Charlie of Bringing Up Charlie fame. I’m hoping I’m not the only Mummy Blogger for a change! I do believe these Daddies will be teaching this slightly-uptight, clean-centered Mummy a thing or two. Stay tuned for more fun and frivolity.
