Well after a week of a Crisis of Confidence a little something brightened my day today. The Independent national newspaper (online version) issued a special post today. In conjunction with Childrensalon, a Top 50 Websites and Blogs guide has been produced. As quoted in the guide:
“This guide will lead you to the most reliable sources for the best advice, parenting tips and tricks, health, fashion, shopping, networking and entertainment for both you and the children. The guide caters to all sorts of parents, from those of you who are still planning through to working mums, single mums and even stay-at-home dads!”
So, why, you might ask, am I promoting this guide? That’s right, friends. Yours truly, little Café Bébé has made the Top 50 Websites and Blogs for Parents Guide! Here…have a lookey. Click HERE to be transported…

Now, don’t ask me where the lovely people at Childrensalon.com and The Independent have managed to come up with the criteria for this ranking but I will happily take any national promotion I can get. There are some amazing websites and truly brilliant blogs listed in this guide. If you’d like to download the pdf version of the guide (for bathroom reading or lining your bird tray or something), click HERE. I believe the only ones who might do this are my parents! But still, have a gander…again, there are some great sites.
I do have to say, I am quite honoured to be listed amongst nationally known and respected sites. I must be doing something right…even if their criteria seems to have forgotten a few very deserving blogs and sites. A little pat on the back and a smattering of applause…. (pause for you here) for Café Bébé. Feel free to contact me to review products or offer prizes for competitions or just to share the love.

Welcome to Cafe Bebe...a tale of the adventures of two parents who found each other across an ocean, learned how to parent thanks to a toddler called Ella and a bebe called Sam while maintaining their sanity...just.
